Not only is the staff pleasant no matter who ya talk to, the dentist, Travis H is amazing! His bedside manner is unmatched! Him and his team makes sure you are as comfortable as you can be during your visit. They try their best, and normally can accommodate, if you have to get in quickly. They’re fast, friendly, fair priced! And they indeed have THE cleanest office/restrooms I’ve ever seen in my many Dr office visits! Great with kids too!!!5 stars!!!!read more

Doctor Travis is a treasure that you can tell, truly loves his job. The new dentist that is also in office, is a very nice person who also seems friendly and passionate about what she does. 10/10 best dentist’s office I’ve been to yet. I had originally made my appointment for 2:00 and they had called me in the morning to let me know my insurance was not active. There was a miscommunication and my appointment was canceled while I was verifying my insurance. At first I was upset over the cancelled appointment, but was very relieved that they were able to keep my 2:00 booking. My last dentist’s office in Arkansas didn’t even compare to these guys. I was taken care of, and felt very comfortable. Fantastic assistants and receptionists. I appreciate you guys so much. Also the in house insurance?? A total Godsend. The only dentist’s office I’ll be going to from now on while I live in Michigan.read more

My son in law was having severe pain due to a failed root canal performed by a DIFFERENT dental office. I got in touch with them and they got him right in and extracted the tooth immediately. The dentist and staff was amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also he was a new patient and I will be transferring the rest of my family over!read more

They’re awesome there. The staff is very genuine and helpful, they give great insight on questions asked as well. Anything that needs to be done with your teeth they are very real about it with you. They truly helped me chill my anxiety about going to the dentist. They work very calmly.read more

Had an appointment a month ago. Called the day of the appointment to reschedule, due to the flu. The clinical team was so understanding with my situation. Not only did they waive the “last minute” cancellation fee, the staff got me in a couple weeks later. Also, got to meet Dr. Tucker for the first time today and she is exactly what Omni Smiles needs. I look forward to having more visits with her. Never a disappointment at OmniSmiles! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a permanent Dentist.read more

Updating my review since we have been coming here for over 2 years now. Nothing new has changed about my feelings of this place. Just need to add more positive feedback. Omni Smiles really makes you feel like family and they have incredible staff. Our family of 6 (ages 36, 30, 15, 12, 5, and 3) all love Travis. He's the best. I want to say thank you for creating such a welcoming and safe atmosphere where most people are worrisome or fearful.
