I liked the fact no one judged me when I haven’t been to the dentist in years. And didn’t judge me on how my teeth looked. Travis took his time on what needs to be done and explained in detail. Never felt like I was being rushed out of there so he could move on to another patient. The staff was and is wonderful. I would recommend anyone to go see Omni smiles in Mt Morris!!! Great experience with Omni smiles in mt Morris , Mi. With employees and Dr Travis . So personable and truly caring . Amanda did great job with cleaning and had such a wonderful experience going to the dentist . Will be going again in 6 months . I have no insurance and they have a great plan for 2 cleaning a year with discounts if you have any problems . I went for it because I am 64 and want to keep all my teeth through my life !!You will love Dr. Travis !!!read more

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. My hygienist Amanda was such a gem. I'm rather socially awkward and somehow in this office I didn't feel in my shell one bit. The office is very clean, all the staff was super friendly and DR Travis was very helpful. He explained everything in detail instead of just throwing a bill at me. Amazing office atmosphere! The warmth and decadence of the waiting room is refreshing for Genesee County!. The amazing ladies of the office are warm, kind, empathetic and supportive. What can I say about the Dr.?Wow, reminded me of growing up in the 70's and 80's when goingto the Dr. office with real nurses and through information from the Dr. before leaving the office. You never had questions what to do when you left the Dr.'s office because it was so complete.This doctor left me amazed by how throughly he was explaining every step and expectations along this journey. After a few years (6 or8) I finally managed to chip a tooth and decided it was time for a cleaning. They accepted me as a new patient AND got me in very quickly. The cleaning was thorough, and they touched up the chipped tooth.This was the most fun I’ve ever had laying back, with other people’s hands in my mouth. I had a cavity in one of my wisdom teeth that eventually cracked and was cutting my cheek causing pain. I called Omnismiles monday morning explaining my situation and the awesome staff had me scheduled that following day for an appointment. This was my first experience with this dentist office as well as a first time wisdom tooth extraction so I wasn't sure what to expect but Mr. Haddad was quick to explain the procedure and ensured me I was in the right place.
